I've combined all of the most recent research on heart health with mindful eating principles into one comprehensive program. The 3-month program includes weekly meal recommendations, recipes, and dining out options. Best of all, it teaches you how to eat this way for life, guiding you through determining the best foods for you and your lifestyle. A whole-foods approach, including indulgences like red wine and dark chocolate, ensures you will never feel deprived.
This isn't a program where you receive a pamphlet and are left to figure things out on your own. It is a small group program, with once a month group meetings via phone where we will review the upcoming weeks' recommendations, provide support with practical tips and tricks, and give you the accountability you need. Each month, you will also receive two individual 30-minute check-in's with me to help you tailor the program to your needs. I will be with you every step of the way.
The first group will run from April 1-June 30.
